Ivybridge In-Step
Ivybridge In-step is a new healthy walking initiative which started in June
2006, as part of Active South Hams. Led walks take place on Tuesdays (beginners)
and Thursdays (moderate) beginning at 10:00 am. Each walk takes about an hour,
and starts from inside South Dartmoor Leisure Centre, Ivybridge.
No need to book - just turn up and join in with one of the walks that takes
in the green spaces in and around Ivybridge.
So why not come along, meet some like minded people, and have fun getting fit!
The led walks programme follows on from the free Ivybridge In-step pack of
self guided health walks, delivered free to each household in the town during
summer 2005.

Kingsbridge Walking for Health
Kingsbridge Walking for Health is a new healthy walking initiative which started
in October 2006, as part of Active South Hams. At present there is an easy
walk at 9:45am on a Wednesday. We intend to have a moderate walk in the New
Year. Each walk takes about an hour, and starts from inside the Quayside Leisure
Centre, Kingsbridge.
No need to book - just turn up and join in with one of the walks that takes
in and around Kingsbridge.
So why not come along, meet some like minded people, and have fun getting fit!
